What is Giozza?

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within Ireland. By focusing locally, we can keep our service consistent and dependable. If this changes in the future, we will share updates with our community.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order includes free shipping. There is no minimum spend and no special conditions. We believe delivery should feel simple from the start.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow its progress.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Visa. All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption.

Is my personal and payment information protected?
Yes. Your privacy and security are taken seriously. Giozza does not store sensitive payment details, and our checkout process is fully protected.

What is your return policy?
If something does not work out, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Simply email us at info@giozza.com, and we will guide you through the next steps.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Start by checking the tracking link sent to your email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your order has not arrived, reach out to us and we will look into it for you.
